At Furniturelanddist, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage the furniture in its original boxes; for large freight items, our team will coordinate a professional curbside pickup at your convenience.

  Inspection Process

  Once the items arrive back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the furniture to ensure it is in original, resellable condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
